Since 2008, I have been following a high raw, whole-foods, SOS-free, vegan diet (plant-based diet), which is a natural, high-gene, unrefined, raw vegetarian diet. By changing my breakfast to fruits and my lunch and dinner staples to raw vegetable salads, my asthma, atopic dermatitis, hay fever, anemia, dysautonomia, and depression have improved dramatically.The healing process took two and a half years of excruciating turnarounds, as I had been using steroids for nearly 40 years since childhood, but when I got over that, I was able to completely give up not only steroids but also a large amount of other medications, including sleeping pills. It was truly a miracle for me. At the same time, my common sense about diet was reversed. Since then, I have continued to study enzymatic nutrition and the latest U.S. nutritional science, and I am constantly exploring ways of eating that lead to world peace, not only in terms of health, but also in terms of the global environment and animal welfare.While continuing to follow an unrefined raw vegetarian diet, he realized that if he abstained from garlic, onions, and other five pungent garlic and onion seeds, his taste buds and internal organs would not be overly stimulated and he would always be able to maintain a sense of calm. I feel that a raw vegetarian diet without seasonings (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, nutritious ingredients, etc.), spices, five garlic and other stimulating ingredients is the most comfortable diet for the body and mind.
